  • All purchases are final unless otherwise stated or required by law
  • We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, with changes applying to future purchases only

5. Refund Policy

As our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. However, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us and we will assess your request accordingly.

6. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

The meal plans, recipes, nutritional estimates, and other content generated by Little AI Chef are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. This content does not constitute professional dietary, medical, or nutritional advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or specific health requirements. We do not accept liability for any reliance placed on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Little AI Chef Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
